Vambe Product (“the app”) is an internal tool operated by Vambe AI SpA for the exclusive use of Vambe employees. Access is restricted to accounts on the @vambe.ai domain.
Data we collect
- Your Google account email and display name, used solely to authenticate you against the
@vambe.aidomain and identify you inside the app. - Application data you create or interact with while using the product: roadmap entries, notes, metrics, and similar internal records.
- Standard technical logs (request timestamps, IP address, user agent) retained for a short window for security and debugging.
How we use it
- Authenticate you and authorize access to the tool.
- Operate internal product management workflows.
- Debug and secure the application.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The app is not available to the general public.
Third parties
The app relies on the following service providers to operate: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), ClickUp (roadmap data source), and Slack (internal notifications). Each processor handles data under its own agreement with Vambe.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting ignacio.urrutia@vambe.ai. Since the app is internal, leaving Vambe ends your access automatically.
